Head of Administration Faculty of Education, or the AStA (Advice Café in C1-162).
Confidentiality is assured to all parties involved in a complaint. All personal information is voluntary. Depending on the content and urgency of the complaint, complaints can also be dealt with by telephone or in a personal conversation.
